How to use your Mobile as Wireless Mouse and Keyboard

Tricks Spot     August 29, 2014     Android, Mobile, Windows     2 comments

RemoteDroid turns your phone into a wireless keyboard and mouse with touchpad, using your wireless network. It's an application for phones and tables running Android Operating Systems.

How does it work?

RemoteDroid consists of two parts: the phone application that you can download from Google Play and a companion server application for your computer that you can download here.

Procedure:

1. Install RemoteDroid on your phone from Google Play.
2. Install RemoteDroid on your computer using the link above.
3. Run RemoteDroid on your computer and note down the IP address shown in RemoteDroid.
4. Open RemoteDroid on your Phone and enter the IP address noted down from the above step.

Here you go, your phone will now act as the wireless mouse and keyboard for your Computer.

Requirements:

1. Java SE Runtime Environment 1.5 or higher.
2. A Wireless connection.
3. Device running android Operating System.
